The entire Teflon bullet shit is pure unadulterated BS/Fuddlore. The armor ratings are pretty good. It's legitimately a terrible and misleading book though. "raises AP by one level" Fucking bullshit. it does give information on protection from bullets and the NIJ standards, but it's also lying about a lot of other things.
