Presents the book as well as the eBook - giving you the printed book, and access to the complete book content electronically. Focusing on modern clinical realities, this textbook takes the midwifery student with confidence through the first days of study to the first days of qualified practice.
This was a hard read, and I admit, I had to skim read some of this even, it was just... ugh...
This book claimed it was midwifery, a textbook, and in the UK, this disappoints me the most. The midwifery book should claim they are MEDwifery, and that they are here to teach you from a medical point.
It got really bad when they had the nerve to mention that alternatives are dangerous and aren't recommended. How about keeping all options open?
This is a dangerous book for those wanting to learn midwifery.
