This series is DEFINITELY one of my TOP FAVORITE SERIES!!! I finished very late last night. I couldn’t put it down!
I loved The Phoenix Rebellion!! I want to say each book got better and better, but really I just feel like every book was FREAKING AMAZING!!!
So many wonderful characters, I have my favorites…Nick, Michael and Caitlin!! The feels with this family were monumentous!! Delaney has a way of making you feel like you truly know these characters and feel what they are feeling.
The world building! Throughout the series is on earth and spaceships, but then you experience a world 50,000 light years away, the other side of the galaxy!! She does an awesome job making the aliens and there world so vividly pleasing!! I can’t say enough how much this series belongs on the BIG SCREEN!! But for now it’s in my head and in my dreams! I’m not kidding, as I read this I was dreaming about it.
I’m looking forward to part two of the series, already bought the first book. If you enjoy Science Fiction, with an Apocalyptic feel, good Friends, Family (by blood and found family) and Romance…you will absolutely LOVE this!! Think Stargate SG1/Atlantis and maybe Firefly, but with the end of the world/apocalyptic feel to it. UN-FREAKING-BELIEVABLY AWESOME!!!!
