a good book for warning of the high starch diet and how processed starches became our most important daily meal.
the book describe entirely the this problem and its bad effects on human beings and how its comes according to the greedy traders and money make manufacturers.

Wow - one of the best health books I've ever read - short, concise, VERY informative. It's only 52 pages - I suggest buying a copy or reading online via torrent. Worth your time!!!!!
