Flubby's owner wants to play with him in the snow. But Flubby isn't so sure about this, and keeps getting too cold. Can his owner find enough layers so Flubby can enjoy the snow?
Well, that didn't turn out how I expected. Which is fine, I like when books can surprise me in good ways. A fun little snowy adventure with Flubby that wasn't quite as funny as some of the other Flubby books but still enjoyable.
Flubby's owner wants to go out and play in the snow. Flubby goes out too, only to go back into the house because it's too cold. Each time Flubby goes out and comes back in, Flubby's owner adds on one more piece of winter clothing. Will Flubby finally go outside to play?
This is a good book for a lesson on the winter season and winter clothing. It's a beginning leveled reader and the illustrations are cute.
I've become a big fan of the Flubby series, and this title is another darling addition. Flubby's owner tries to introduce his difficult kitty to snow, and each time he tries, Flubby runs back into the house. Until his owner finally dresses Flubby warmly, and the kitty is able to romp and play in the fluffy stuff. Utterly charming illustrations make this fun for readers young and old!
