Pretty intersting read. This is one I will definitely get in book form as I listend to the audio version during gym workouts. If you listen to the audiobook make sure to have pen and paper for note taking.

I think if everyone followed the advice laid out in this book, the world would be a happier and healthier place. I already follow most of these guidelines, but I learned a few new things. I will try to put those into practice.

This is a very good collection of lectures. As an audiobook, it feels as if the listener needs a text to accompany the lessons. This book is very informative.

An excellent review of the discoveries of how to look at life in the best way possible for overall success. Even if I knew some of these lessons, it is helpful to be reminded. I think this could have been written as a number of different books more in-depth. Learning makes me want to dig deeper.
