A basic, introductory book into building successful teams which in turn builds a successful business. I am not a golfer, so the extended metaphor was lost on me. However, the cheesiness in the book was not and made me cringe a few times during the first few chapters. I did notice some glaring typos, so that made my ELA teacher heart very disappointed! Overall, this is a good entry point into creating a hole-in-one team! ⛳️
it had typos😭 my boss gave it to me to read because the ceo of the company wrote the foreword and he always sees me reading on my break. It was entertaining enough. for a business book hehe
This reads like a children's book made for CEOs. The team building content is applicable, however, the characterization and storytelling is so heavy-handed it feels as though I am being patronized every page.
I would rather have the teambuilding content as an email or a tri-fold pamphlet.
