Shadows and light
Sasha or Robin, which is it? A story so beautifully told of asduming a different identity, entering a new world, but sadly always looking over one's shoulders, never quite free of the heinous cult past! Believing she has finally found true love which could free her from her past, Sasha was wrong as she realised marriage too could result in a 'trapped' life. Loved the author taking us down a path of believing all is well, only to stop us dead in our thoughts!

Watching
From a super high flying attorney in a bustling city. Moira set out to relocate to the quiet town of Hoppington hoping to learn more about her late singer mum, Harriet's past. Wonderful unexpected happenings leaves the reader guessing what's next? The mystery of the missing son in law of the law practice Vandruit-in-law, the mysterious resident of #40 Dorset Lane, the wonderful caring Jetson, the inquisitive residents of Hoppinton, makes this short story punchy.

Confidence Quest
Certainly my favourite in this series of short stories. I didn't want Rosa's story to end. Filled with intrigue, unexpected events, this story keeps the reader predicting the the next chapter, only to find yet again another intriging event! I simply loved the fact that the reader could use their imagination to write the end.Bullying and intimidation occurs in all walks of life, the author show cased the fear of the young vulnerable Rosa so eloquently to her audience. The reader would have never anticipated the twist in this short story, which certainly was my highlight. Absolutely loved this story!
