“We swore each other forever... Until his pride ruined us” - Julia
I had always seen Sebastian as my beacon, my unwavering anchor in the unpredictable sea of life. Our love was something out of a fairy tale, deep and all-consuming. But as time unfurled, Sebastian's towering pride cast long, dark shadows over our once radiant bond.
Now, faced with his unthinkable betrayal, our marriage teeters on the brink of collapse. Amidst this storm of emotions, I'm left grappling with the can our love withstand the crushing weight of doubt and the wounds of yesteryears?

This book is an emotional train wreck in the absolute best way possible. Julia and Sebastian start off as the kind of couple that make you believe in soulmates — intense, consuming, forever kind of love — until Sebastian’s pride completely destroys everything in sight. Watching Julia try to hold together a marriage while Sebastian continuously chooses ego over love was both heartbreaking and infuriating. I genuinely cannot understand missing your own child’s wedding just to protect your pride. Every time it seemed like things could finally heal, another betrayal, secret, or devastating truth surfaced and made the damage even worse. But after Julia, this book really pulls everything together, especially the constant struggle within the family between doing what’s right and protecting the family image. And the Karl twist? Absolutely insane. I wanted to throw hands immediately. What shocked me most was finding out who really killed Sebastian’s family because I was completely convinced it was Oma the entire time. I NEVER suspected Sebastian’s prodigy, and the fact that he knew since the moment he met Seb genuinely left me speechless.
This story shook me to my core because every revelation completely shattered the theories I had been building since Blossom in Winter. I’m still trying to process everything because none of this unfolded the way I imagined it would. Now I’m questioning everything — especially whether it was truly Oma who killed Petra’s mother or if Karl had a bigger role in it all. The suspense and emotional chaos were relentless, but that’s exactly what made it impossible to stop reading. And now I’m fully invested in finding out what Hannah is up to with Johan because this family clearly survives on secrets, destruction, and emotional warfare. In the end, this book delivered powerful closure to years of family drama while somehow still restoring faith in love through all the pain, betrayal, and heartbreak. Completely exhausting, shocking, and unforgettable.

So it’s all about over dramatic spoilt brats. A son who acts like a baby, mother who cries over everything, cares only about appearance and lies but hate her husband for doing the same, and father (husband) who I can’t find a word to describe him
Ok so after the book Julia, this puts it all back together. The struggle in the family between right, wrong, and image. The Karl twist …. I wish I could throw hands…. I am ready to find out what Hannah is up to with Johan…. All in all a good closure to some family drama and faith in a love story.
