The Bossy Billionaire's Last Valentine by Lili Valente and Erin McCarthy was a sweet and sassy one-night stand turned enemies-to-lovers romance that will have your heart competing for the top spot from start to finish. Every trip back to Jingle Bell Junction, I know I am in for a steamy good time. Kay and Bran had this insta-love to insta-hate to insta-forever kind of relationship that will have you rooting for their HEA from start to finish. Plus, throw in a ski resort, Valentine's Day, and all the spicy time, then you have one sweetly hot romance! I always look forward to more from Lilie Valente and Erin McCarthy.

The Ratcliffe siblings are slowly making themselves at home in Jingle Bell Junction, and the only thing on Bran's mind is his real estate deal there. Although, a little distraction from a cute lady might not hurt while he waits for the deal to go through. Except he finds one night with Kayley isn’t enough. At least until he discovers they find out they're both trying to buy the same property next to her hotel and resort.
A quick, sexy, fun read but packed with heart, this one hits all the right notes to make it rom-com gold. It's the perfect reading escape when you don’t have a lot of time, but I’ll warn you. You’ll love Bran and Kayley's story so much you’ll want to spend more time in Jingle Bell Junction!

Having read The Grumpy Billionaire Who Stole Christmas and The Naughty Billionaire's Baby i couldn't wait for more from this duo! As soon as i found about this story i wanted to read it! I picked it up and got right back into The Billionaires of Jingle Bell Junction world! I so enjoyed this story!
Bran and Kay's journey captured my attention right from the get go! As soon as Bran and Kay meet they hit off and can't deny their attraction. Little did they know their paths would be crossing again in surprising ways. Who will win, their determination or their hearts?
I really liked how quickly i got into this story and the way Bran and Kay were brought into each other's lives. I didn't quite know how they'd tackle everything when it came to the property and their feelings which got me even more into their story. From their priceless interactions to their great chemistry, i so enjoyed Bran and Kay's story!
I was glad to get more of the Ratcliffe brothers and this world!

I am loving these novella and the Ratcliffe brothers and the women they fall for. If you read The Naughty Billionaire’s Baby Bargain then you know Kayley and Bran’s meet-cute was funny and unique and now you get to see what happens next…
Bran and Kayley have an amazing first night together. Neither of them are looking for a relationship. She is busy with her business and he is just starting a new project in town. As it turns out, they want the same thing. A mountain. One they both were sold! Now, it’s on to figure out who gets to keep it. Can they still have fun while fighting over a mountain they both need?
These two are not messing around. Plans are made. Plans are broken. In just the short amount of time the lawyer needs to figure out who is the rightful buyer, they go through so many emotions and of course sexy times but what will happen when the winner is announced? Will it be over?

The Bossy Billionaire’s Last Valentine is the third book in this collaboration between Erin McCarthy and Lily Valente, and is a fun addition to this entertaining series. I was a little unsure of the story when I started reading the book, but as I turned more pages, I was soon drawn in with the connection shared between Bran and Kay. Their fun and witty banter and undeniable chemistry kept me enchanted and hooked on their story. Even when unexpected conflict arose and internal plots were contemplated, the attraction and kinship they felt toward one another overshadowed everything else.
The teaming up between these two authors has quickly become one of my favorites. I’ve loved all of the characters in this series, and very much look forward to more from the Billionaires. Each of these stories is a quick and entertaining read, and definitely a fun way to spend an afternoon in front of the fireplace on these chilly days. The undeniable romance, steamy and sexy banter, and time spent between the sheets…as well as other locations…makes each of these books truly entertaining, fun and magical.

Kay and Bran share an instant connection from their first meeting that only grows stronger the more time they spend together, but when business gets in the way and only one can achieve the goal they have set, will they be able to find a compromise?
The chemistry was on fire between these two from the start, but soon they developed a deeper connection. They shared an emotional connection and I loved watching that developed. Both were unsure about the other and afraid to put themselves out there, but the support of family and friends helped them overcome their fears.
Full of humor, heat, and love, this was a quick, fun read that will leave you with a huge smile. Kay and Bran are so adorable and full of so much light and love that you will be rooting for them to find their HEA.

I loved Kayley and Bran’s business competitors, one night stand instalove novella. The push-pull of we are rivals competing for the same property but I am helplessly drawn to you was delicious perfection. I was waffling right along with Kayley and Bran. Kayley wants to buy the mountain adjacent to her resort to provide skiing for the resort guests. Bran wants to buy the same mountain to provide free recreational facilities to the town. They have a wonderful steamy night together but when they learn the next morning they’ve each have a purchase agreement for the same property, their potential HEA starts to unravel. The book has a bit of everything - sweet moments, steamy scenes, missteps, supportive friends, big feelings, tiny bit of angst and all the internal revelations a good romance should include. The book is well written, with witty dialogue, three dimensional characters, and an engaging storyline.

I desperately need more!
This one was all about Bran and Kayley. They met while out at a bar and had an incredible night together. When they both left the next morning heading off for separate meetings after promising to meet again later for dinner. However both were surprised to see each other at their attorney's office and find out they both paid to purchase the same property. The one next to Kayley's current luxury hotel on the mountain.
Now realizing they both were duped by the owner, Bran realizes who Kay really is. Now they both are fighting for the same property.
But their attraction is something else. They agree to continue to see each other and let the other know their reasons for the property. Even friends and family are butting in. The sparks are a once in a lifetime experience. Will they work this out or go down with smoke?

“The Bossy Billionaire’s Last Valentine” is a fun, sweet and steamy rom-com novella that was a fun read and great addition to the series.

I loved the plot of this story. It was a fun meet cute and I love how they went from lovers to rivals. They have an undeniable connection but both want the same property so the rivalry was born. The banter and dialogue had me cracking up as I read their story. As they both tried to figure out who gets the property, they built an emotional connection and the grounds for a true relationship. The whole series has been great to read and I’ve enjoyed each story.

Oh my goodness!! I can’t get over this series by a new favorite duo - Lili Valente and Erin McCarthy. We are back in Jingle Bell Junction and I fell for both Bran and Kayley. They were a fun couple to get to know. Their story was low angst and a whole lot of goodness!
There was some push and pull, there was some laughs along the way. Even though Bran had his own plans, they get side tracked. I was so glad they did. The Bossy Billionaire’s Last Valentine was a blast to read. Book Friends - this is a great fun series that will always bring a smile!!

Another fun read in this series. The next billionaire bother Bran is up. Can I just say I love how these books take place during a holiday. To me it makes it even more fun! I loved Bran and Kay. They have an easy banter between them until they find out about the mountain. Things get a tad tricky, but their attraction is no way cooling down. This book had the great sense of humor I've come to love about this series. Bran is definitely swoon worthy and made of prime book boyfriend material. This was the perfect fun filled with heart read I so needed. It let me get lost for a while from life. This book put me in such a good mood with a smile on my face.

However, Karma intervenes when they both are called to their lawyers office and a dispute begins between them. Will these two be able to work through their battle and continue with the sparks that were flying between them?
I loved this story! It was short and to the point but it felt like it wasn't rushed and we got a full story out of a short one! Loved the characters!!

Love this series! So very good to see the Radcliff brothers find their HEA!

The Bossy Billionaire's Last Valentine is the third and final novella in The Billionaires of Jingle Bell Junction by Lili Valente and Erin McCarthy. I really enjoyed this series of these brothers and their women. This is a fast paced novella full of fun and sexiness. Bran and Kay meet and have one amazing night together. They both want to see each other again, but something big gets in the way. Now they don't know what to do, but they can't seem to stay away from each other. Will one of them give up their dream to have love? I loved Bran and Kay! They were fun, entertaining and made me laugh!

The Bossy Billionaire's Last Valentine is the third book in the Billionaires of Jingle Bell Junction series from Erin McCarthy and Lili Valente. This is Bran Ratcliffe and Kayley Valentine's story, and while their one time together was a memorable one, it turns out that they're both after the same prime location in town. Their banter was entertaining and their was definitely some good humor mixed with the romance. Three books in and this series continues to be enjoyable. Dare I hope for a book for Ashton Ratcliffe? Four stars.

This is a little confusing title wise. This is the Bossy Billionaire's Best Enemy, however it came on my kindle and Goodreads as The Bossy Billionaire's Last Valentine. I totally needed Bran and Kayley's story. I love Jingle Bell Junction and I've loved the entire series. There was just enough smexy time, and romance and some heartbreak but it all worked out in the end. And lesson learned "Not all Billionaire's are egotistical a$$holes" LOL. I recommend this series to everyone.

Ok these two are sweet and hot together from the get go and I super love them both and the whole way through. Bran and Kay have a very funny meet cute in the beginning and have no idea that not only do they have friends and family in common, they also have a mutual goal in mind. Otherwise its some light hearted fun with some steam, perfect for a cold winter afternoon! I'd love to visit Jingle Bell Junction lol

What a funny, sweet, steamy Valentine’s Day read! Bran and Kay are too cute together. Their hot one night stand turns into an unexpected rivalry for a bid to purchase a mountain that was sold twice. This adds some tension to their already scorching chemistry. They can’t stay away from each other even though both of them want the mountain that they thought they bought first. This series always reminds me of a hallmark movie but with lots of steamy scenes. It was full of sweet , funny moments, lovable characters and feel good romance.

Okay - Didn't like or dislike.
This is my favourite out of the three books in this series. as it focussed more on the plot.
Kay and Bran had this instant love to instant hate to instant forever kind of relationship that isn't a trope I like, but it was better done in this short novella than a lot of books I have read with the Insta trope.

I didn't care for either character, her more so. There was no relationship outside of sex. She was greedy for the mountain, he had better plans for it but stupidly felt guilty?!
This was a bad way to wrap up the series.

Another GREAT Romance from this perfect duo!!
This is a BEAUTIFUL, LOVING Romance! While it does, kind of, follow the "formulae" for a Rom/Com, it is more of a Romance of two people falling in Love with each other. I Loved their Story, and YOU will too!

I really enjoyed the build up and telling of the pair and the brilliant writing of the two authors. I hope there is a book for the Ratcliff sister and hope that these authors collaborate again.

Entertaining. Bran and Kay had a party fling and while both were hoping it might be more, there's a complication because it turns out they both want to buy the same mountain. (Yes, these are people who can afford to buy mountains.)
