This book is a good way to start for everyone trying to improve their mental health. I learned a lot of new things about my thoughts and there were some useful techniques in there as well. It's kept short and simple, which makes it a good starting book I just wished it to be longer and maybe more detailed at some points.
I don’t feel like there were very many CBT techniques discussed. Maybe briefly introduced. The things that were mentioned were good things, just not very thorough. I didn’t get very much out of this book.
Good book to remind me of the fundamentals for cognitive behavioral therapy and walks through the techniques of understanding your thoughts and how they can cause your feelings which can cause poor decision making.
This book was not helpful. If you want to inform yourself about the subject, it is okay I guess. But if you want to improve your mental health you won't get anything out of it.
