Pagina 11.
I've had cats my whole life, I currently have 6. You can learn a lot by just observing them. I found this book informative and amusing. Learned a few things I didn't know.
There are some pretty good tidbits of information in here about cats, all done in a humorous and lighthearted manner. From little trivia facts, to general advice on how to take care of your cat, to whether things are fact or myth, etc. It was an enjoyable little book to read, since I’m a cat lover.
This was both an informative and entertaining read. Although I have had cats for a very looong time I still learned something from this book of questions. Anyone new to living with felines would learn something from it. I just read this at bedtime so it took a few days but if i had the time I could have powered through it a lot faster.
Good, but not a great deal that can't be found in the Cat Lore and Catwatching classics by Desmond Morris (who is a better writer & less tainted by consumerism).
Actually quite informative 😂 I ordered multiple things for my cat while reading this to hopefully improve his quality of life after learning about what cats need to be happier.
Light reading, some fun facts, only few new things if you've read few more detailed ones. OK for borrowing and light afternoon read or as a gift for complete newcomers. Or for tweens/teens, its Q&A form could fit them well.
An alternate title for this book could be “Trivial Pursuit: Cats Edition”. All those weird little things cats do get explained here: what exactly is a hairball, why do cats eyes glow at night (it’s not really lasers), who invented kitty litter, why they knead on you, why they pee on your pillow when you go away for a few days. Each entry is short; one or two pages. It’s a quick, fun read for cat lovers, and the information is solid.

This book answers a lot of cat questions (I learned from it) and if you don't know a lot about cats you'll learn a lot. It annoyed me because one of the authors also wrote Cats for Dummies, and a lot of the content was copied word for word from that book. I would've preferred more questions not from CFD so I'd get more information.
Some very interesting information that my kids and I enjoyed reading. Humor breaks up what could otherwise be a drone of information although you do have to overlook some grammatical errors that was missed by the editor.
Wonderful book! Not only was it extremely informative but it also threw in some humor - which is always good! So if you're looking for a "Cats for Dummies" book, I would definitely recommend this one. If nothing else, you'll get a good laugh out of it. :) 5 stars!
