Columbus, Ohio''s capital and the nation''s fifteenth largest city, has a small town atmosphere with big city culture, cosmopolitan shopping and top-notch dining. Its geographical location, economic diversity, competitive cost-of-living, and college-town spirit makes Columbus the third fastest growing metro area in the Midwest and a very attractive city to start a business, pursue higher education or raise a family. This guide includes the best of the "Discovery City," where there''s a little something for everyone.
Not so much read as used-and used often! It takes a lot to make a good guidebook, and this one rocks. Plus I've lived in the subject city for over ten years, and I still find it really useful. Rumor has it updated edition is close...
Very helpful, but also way too much information. Could easily be 1/2 the content and still be very helpful, far exceeding the info provided by other guides. That would allow for a bigger, easier to read type. It would also be nice if all the type was darker. The type choices make this book surprisingly hard to read.
Well, I skimmed through this and read bits and pieces in preparation for an overnight stay. Parts of it were pretty useful for my purposes. Most of the book would be more useful for someone planning a longer trip or relocation.
