I read I Ching Life first, and found the organization of that book to be stronger. I Ching Wisdom is organised by numbered aphorisms, followed by the author’s commentary about the aphorisms. I Ching life is a themed exposition on how to lead the life of a superior person in harmony with Nature or All-that-is. A lot of the material between I Ching Life and I Ching Wisdom is repeated - I Ching Wisdom is a little more disjointed, I Ching Life has theme pulling the threads together which made it a more enjoyable read.

I'm a little put off by the fact that Wu Wei is actually a pen name for Chris Prentiss, author of "The Alcoholism and Addiction Cure". I can't help but wonder if he was ashamed of publishing this book, or was trying to imply that he was an old Chinese sage...although anyone familiar with Zen or the I Ching probably already knows that Wu Wei means. Regardless, This is a very useful and easy to understand guide to using the I Ching. It is written in modern terms, so the interpretations of the ancient text are easy to follow, and, I believe, are accurate.
