The honest reason I bought the book is because I am a huge fan of Nick's son, actor George Clooney. I wasn't sure what to expect because I know Nick's a liberal Democrat and I'm a conservative Republican, but he is a ultimately a good writer and an ethical man- which is conveyed into the columns he has written. Many stories are about the Clooney family and it is obvious who George gets his integrity from. The cover was drawn by George when he was younger. (He used to earn pocket money by sketching caricatures at fairs and festivals)and you can see the resemblance of George's gorgeous chin and jaw line prominently displayed in his father's caricature. The intro that George wrote for the entertainment section of the book made me scream with laughter. The story about George's namesake (his uncle George Guilfoyle) gave me a lump in my throat. I say this book is a must have for any Clooney fan- regardless if it's George, Rosemary or Nick that you admire.
