The first was a meandering tale of some slow horrors, the second was a descent into madness I would gladly read again. The third was a long but well written tale spanning seasons spent in a small fishing town and the final a tale of a woman seeking to escape the life she has made. All with their own merits.

I really liked the 2nd and 4th novels. The Yellow Wallpaper in particular will stay with me. Describes mental illness so well.
