I love finding new to me authors who have created such a story that when I am done I am scouring their site to see what else might catch my interest. This is such the case with Leigh Ellwood's latest, Enter Sandman.
Enter Sandman was a short story about an overworked and over stressed man named Len, who just couldn't catch a break. The man was in serious need of a good night's sleep and being quite literally dragged out for a night on the town by his friends isn't what the poor man needs right now. But when he is approached by sexy Andrew, the man he has been lusting after from offer he can't help but take him up on his offer.
Andrew seem to have just what Len needs. But still Len is overwhelmed by all that is going on in his life right now but can't say now. Andrew simply offers him the services, at his expense, of The Sandman. Once back at his apartment The Sandman, a.k.a. Crane, works his charm on Len and also extract a bizarre smoky substance in a vial from his body. Sleep, good sleep and naughty dreams about Andrew are what is in story for Len. But waking up the next morning Len isn't sure that it was all a dream when he find Andrew naked in the bed beside him. A smokin hot love scene steams up the pages as the story shifts to The Sandman and the cargo from Len he carries. Interesting and only after about 26 pages I was so captured in the twist at the end that I can't wait for Ms. Ellwood's story with Crane and Sven comes out called Until it Sleeps! Who is Sven you ask? HA! you will just have to read the story to find out, I can't give it away!!!

This is a quick, erotic short with a hot sex scene and some sexy supernatural beings. There’s not much too the story but it’s an entertaining quick bite staring an overworked insomniac and the object of his affection. When Len’s inability to sleep reaches critical, hot and sexy Gibb is there with help. He calls the mysterious sandman named Crane to get rid of Len’s anxiety before Gibb and Len take a rough tumble in the sheets. The demon haunting Len turns out to be an old friend of Crane’s with an implication for something sinister. The story is clever with a good hook and hot sex. Not terribly deep but fun to read.
