I love this book, even though it has, "...for women", added to the end of the title? ;] I loved 90% of this book. The whole monotheistic theme all-throughout the book is the only thing I, personally, did not enjoy. It's fine if one is a xtian, of course, but I just don't like it being forced onto other things, such as blending it with a form of meditation that PRE-DATES xtianity! ;] I know what Sabrina is describing/trying to say, most of the time; however, most people (in the U.S.) aren't going to "get it" and understand as well since most don't have the thorough HISTORY knowledge/education to fully understand what she's referring to, when comparing "ancient"/OLD World religion/Eastern Philosphy to the "new World"/xtians etc.---Otherwise, I *LOVE* this book; I do like how she expanded on the definitions and whatnot in this particular book, which is why I've read it, too; the areas where she simply explains the "roots" or where each hand gesture stems from. 4.5 stars... ??? (I'm never any good at "rating" things; besides, it's very subjective to rate things, so I'm not sure what it matters?)
