Ruben Eliassen is an Norwegian author and illustrator, with experience from advertising and music industry. He's most known for the Phenomena books.

His first book Phenomena: Profetines utvalgte won 2 awards, Arks barnebokpris and Kirke- og Kulturdepartementets debutantpris.

My childhood favorite! This is so good would recommend them to anyone children 8 or older to granparents. One of Rubens best works as a whole!

I read this book to help practice my Norwegian reading. It is difficult to find books at my reading level that are not too childish and subsequently boring. I chose this one because the illustrations were interesting and a bit more weighted than I typically associate with children's literature. I thought it was quite good and I will probably continue with the series for my practice.

This book is so short and easy to read and it sets in your mind from the start. It also has pictures in it:)
