This book is essential for veteran and beginner alike. It wraps all the best practices and new features into an easy to read, example laden, treasure of insight into PL/SQL on 11g. A must for all. It is like having a friend who is ready when you need him to point out the new, give you an example, and teach you the pit falls and best practices that you may not think of otherwise.

it's an excellent book especially if you are already into PL SQL and need to have a better understanding and more clear understanding of the basics. This is the book to see. Only the first chapter is heavy but do not be discouraged if you don't understand the remainder is excellent.
