Molly and her friend Coral must find a way to save the reef from dying. So both of them have to find Corals magical conch shell in order to save the reef. Meanwhile the wicked Dark Queen and her army have other plans. I give this book a five star rating, I think this is a good book to read for fun at home or anywhere you go. This is a fictional book, it has mermaids, talking sea creatures, and so much more. I think this is a good book for people that like fictional books. I really like this book:)

We learned about turtles, jellyfish, and coral after finishing this. These are a great springboard to other STEM topics. The predictability of the plot is actually great for little readers. My four year old loves making guesses and talking about the story and the illustrations; it builds the suspense and excitement to see what will happen next. Great series. Highly recommend to anyone looking for engaging beginning chapter books.

Another exciting edition to The Secret Mermaid series. My 8 yo is a massive fan. This one adds to thr intrigue as the Princess seems to be up to no good, lurking in the darkness amongst the enemy jellyfish. Is she in trouble or involved with the evil Queen Carlotta? The plot deepens! Ready for book 5 of 12 to see what happens next!

I like the part when Coral and Molly save the baby turtle! I like the part when Molly was brave and fought the jellyfish. I like when the baby turtle helped them fight the jellyfish. I like how happy Coral was when she got her shell back. That's it.

Mariella wird von der Meereskönigin Luna nach Aquaris gerufen. Weil Coralies Muschelstück noch immer verschwunden ist, bleichen die Korallen aus und sterben ab. Als Mariella und ihre Freundin die Muschel endlich finden, streckt ein Schwarm von Feuerquallen gerade seine Tentakel nach ihr aus. Coralies Muschelstück scheint verloren, doch da hat Mariella eine magisch gute Idee …

Cover:
Wie bei den anderen Covern der Reihe, findet man auch hier die kleine Meerjungfrau Mariella mit der Nixe aus diesem Abenteuer. Im Gegensatz zu den Hardcover-Büchern glitzert das Cover von den Taschenbüchern nicht so schön, was ich ein bisschen schade finde, aber, die Cover haben eindeutig einen Wiedererkennungsfaktor und reihen sich perfekt in die Reihe ein, weshalb das dann doch nicht so schlimm ist. Das große Ganze ist einfach stimmig und das ist die Hauptsache.

Eigener Eindruck:
Mariella hat schon lange nicht mehr die Unterwasserwelt besucht und hofft Abend für Abend, dass sie zu ihren Freundinnen zurück kehren kann. Als sie an diesem Abend die Nachrichten über das kuriose Korallensterben hört, ist ihr klar, dass ihre Freundinnen noch immer nach den verlorenen Muschelstücken suchen und scheinbar noch nicht weiter gekommen sind. Um so mehr hofft sie, dass sie bald in ihren Träumen wieder in die Unterwasserwelt kann, um ihnen zu helfen. Und tatsächlich, an diesem Abend darf Mariella wieder in die Welt unter dem Meer eintauchen und trifft bald darauf auf Coralie, welche sich um die Korallenriffe im Meer kümmert. Gemeinsam machen sie sich auf die Suche nach ihrem Muschelstück und erleben dabei wieder viele spannende Abenteuer, bei denen nicht nur ihr Mut, sondern auch ihr Köpfchen gefragt ist.

Genau wie die anderen Bände der Reihe ist der vierte Teil der Reihe einfach zuckersüß geschrieben. Er liest sich durch die einfachen Sätze sehr einfach und ist daher besonders auch für Leseanfänger oder zum Vorlesen geeignet. Die Geschichte beinhaltet wieder alles, was ein junges Mädchenherz begehrt. Eine wundervolle Unterwasserwelt, Freundschaften, ein Hauch von Abenteuer und Geheimnissen. Einfach wunderbar. Mir persönlich gefällt, dass Mariella immer wieder bereit ist, ihren Freundinnen zu helfen und mutig in der Unterwasserwelt unterwegs ist. Sie versucht immer eine gewisse Harmonie zu wahren und das macht sie so ungemein sympathisch. Wieder taucht auch hier die Tochter der Königin auf und ich bin ehrlich gesagt fast schon gewillt zu sagen, dass diese mit dem Verschwinden der Muschelstücken zu tun hat. Bleibt abzuwarten, wann die Freundinnen dahinter kommen. Ich jedenfalls bin schon gespannt wie es weiter geht. Die Geschichte begeistert einfach, ob jung oder alt. Genial.

Von mir gibt es eine absolute Leseempfehlung und satte
