This book has dated badly. Although there are some good nuggets of information it is now very hidden.

I am not American and I found it was very patronising to other cultures and used caricatures of other nationalities to make points.

My other issue with the book was that it is incredibly poorly laid out with poor numbering and paragraphing. I therefore found the section about laying out written communication difficult to read.

Unless you are reading a lot of this type of book there are far better ones available.
