Little behind the times and very simple in places, but the case studies and it's time as just as 2008 was exploding is interesting. A good read if you're curious about housing and real estate and don't have much of a background.

Decent overview of real estate market analysis, though could certainly have been more “cookbook”-y to give more guidance. Seemed a little too vague to really be useful to either beginner or advanced practitioners.

The book was very detailed. It had a lot of information about market analysis and it definitely should be included in the library of every real estate investor and developer. Lot's of good information for analyzing markets. A very technical book with useful tips.
