Vegetable Soup
Plot: After a wrong delivery of vegetables, Cooke Monster tries to figure out what they are. Then he gets a lesson from Ernie and Bert on how to make vegetable soup.

My Thoughts: A lot of times I wonder how old the Seasame Street gang is, because depending on what book you read it varies how much to how little they know. But then well he *IS* a monster. That’s not to say monsters aren’t smart. But this one all he seems to comprehend is EATING and COOKIES! I do like both. I LOVE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES and every since my other mother got me vegetable beef soup I’ve been pretty hooked on that. My mom tends to like to make it the Bert and Ernie way. But what she does is put bones in it. And if I could make a frowned up face emoji after that I would. NOT COOL tho for Cookie to eat it ALL and not share!

I loved this book as a child. Reading it now as an adult just reminds me of how fun and simple Sesame Street used to be.
