I really get this book. So much so I'm teetering on uncanniness, so there am I. Chain... is a re-re-re work. It puts forth multiple iterations of a primary text. The primary text is like a wallpaper that is painted on and over and cut out into little shapes. Its an arrangement that is thoughtful and lyric, but also a little exhausting (this I also get, I'm there and I'm exhausted too). While I wouldn't write it, I'm thinking it as I'm reading and we're like one person (the book and I) formulating a thing in its thingness: casting it, netting it, overlooking it, et cetera it.
