Sabrina Philips first discovered Mills & Boon one Saturday afternoon at her first job in a charity shop. Sorting through a stack of books, she came across a cover which featured a glamorous heroine and a tall, dark hero. She started reading under the counter that instant and has never looked back! Sabrina now creates infuriatingly sexy heroes of her own, which she defies both her heroines and her readers – to resist!
it changed from the usual but it did not work 4 me! rion was so insecure, thought he was not good enough, never wud have the class 2 be in libby's league. he blew it out of all proportions. 4 any trivial thing, he wud think dat was the problem, dat was the cause: his low class. he had a huge inferiority complex n poor libby was helpless against dat. the Achilles heel in their couple was lack of communication, dat was the root of all problems. n whose fault was it ? it was rion, his thirst 4 money, this need 2 rise above all n sundry. he cud only focus on work wid the intent of making it big, of becoming rich, very rich. he also needed 2 have only clinical sex wid his wife bcoz she was too good 4 the likes of him. he cud not scare her wid his boys on the street ways. LOL ! i was shocked, 1st time i read a book where the guy had such huge ego problems! he was not even confident in his sexuality. he was awfully pathetic ! lol;)
I read this a long time ago, but feel compelled to leave a review, since it might be the only positive one the book gets. Well I like this book very much, so much so that I've come back to it at least three times, which I very rarely do. If you like to see a greek tycoon show self consciousness and hesitation, then you will be delighted by this story. This guy might be my favorite greek tycoon, because we get to see what's in his head, and the reason why he acts as such a butor towards the heroine. I guess insecurity is not sexy, which would explain why so many people dislike this hero, but I find it more forgivable than the plain machismo and mysoginy usually shown by this type of hero. As for the heroine, I like her pragmatism and determination. This is a grown up who knows what she does and doesn't want, and what she's willing to take from her man. It seems to me that she'll be the one wearing the pants in this relationship, which is very rare in a HP.
A good read. Living apart from her husband, Libby finally decides to get divorce when she winds up in Athens. Unknown to her Rion has been waiting for her to come crawling back to him now that he has made it big. Their marriage is a comedy of so so many misunderstandings and total lack of communication. It was an unique plot but started to grow tiresome with all their insecurities and "I am not good enough". But it was still an okay read.
This couple has relationship problems because they assume worse about each other and never communicate with each other. Rion has ego problem and thinks his wife should not work or he thinks his wife should be home and it would be comfortable for her. Libby is independent she left her family for Rion and thinks Rion loves money more than her when he started earning money to make her more comfortable.
The only thing I learned from this book is not to run back of money to make the ones you love happy at times our presence is enough.
Libby thinks Rion is turned on if she is problematic and alll it's so lame.
He assume she is pregnant because she doesn't tell him she is on pills.

Dumb as posts, the pair of them. Cultural misunderstandings and his holding back on sex so as not to get his poor on her lead to not-divorce. They just separated and didn't speak. For five years. Like you do. Now she's come for a divorce and he's running for office. And they are both dumb. Idiots. Boring, blithering idiots. I can't even with this pair. I would have been happier with his oft-referenced Bugatti exploding with the two of them inside than their HEA.

Rion's offer: a two-week reconciliation..."and he'll make sure she honors all her wedding vows!
It started out with a lot promise, but it fizzled out. I got bored with all of the heroine's internal dialogue and started skimming most of it. I originally thought the hero would be strong and confident, but, all I got was really tired of his "I'm not good enough" mantra. Its not the worst I've ever read, but it just didn't deliver.
I dunno how to rate it, it was ok, a little confusing due to some lack of POV details( well you can guess but it's annoying) and it needed more drama, it was too "easy".
