This book has been revolutionary to the way I eat. I bought this book about three years ago and then I proceeded to go out and buy copies for my sister and mother who both have had digestive problems. This book is so great because it tells you what foods to eat together based on the type of vitamin or nutrient and what to eat with them in order to maximize their absorption. I would recommend this book to anyone trying to eat healthier.
