The recipes I tried were very good, the directions are easy to follow, and it does help you create meals for both vegetarians and meat-Eaters. I was disappointed not to have any pictures int he book, it is always nice to see what you are going to cook. The main issue I had is that the recipes actually create two separate meals with the pots and pans to go with it though using the same base ingredients. I already cook two meals and I was looking for ways to simplify the process.
