first book i ever read 10/10

My 5 year old son thought this was an amazing book. He liked the pictures and love the alligator who says, "Dude." From a parent's perspective, I found it to be an appropriate challenge for a beginning reader. It is a Scholastic book, and is at the high side of their level one books with 249 words in the book.
