I flipped through this book. It did not have anything that helped me. When it comes to exercise after stroke, everyone needs different exercise because everyone is affected differently after stroke. It is better to just see a physical/occupational therapist to see what exercises will be helpful in your case.

I plan on utilizing the exercises. The rest of the book was a reminder of facts that I had already learned.
