This book on leading meetings and teams for success shares skills with the reader on facilitating productive meetings and importantly building highly productive performing teams. Some of the skills discussed in this book such as how to run an effective business meeting and productively using a variety of meeting tools with strategies for becoming a successful facilitator and an effective communication to lead your team to success.
