Well I wrote this book so I am biased. At the request of my students to offer a translation and commentary on Gita that is more relevant to the issues people face today - fast-paced life, modern day-religions, family/career pull, and more.
This was a really interesting way of doing the Gita; I liked the very modern commentary, and the exercises were a nice touch so that you could do it with a group, or just do it on your own with your journal.
Way better than the original Gita. If anyone finds the Gita hard to read just start with this. It will help. Did not finish cause I lost interest in all the spiritual cheese, but I still enjoyed it a lot!
