Fallen Mate

Rate this book
“You two look cozy,” Johnny said, eyeing Aria and I. “Last I saw, you were either at each other’s throat or pretending to hide your attraction to each other. What changed?”

“Besides the near-death experience you mean?” I asked dryly, as Aria squirmed.

Things have taken a nosedive into proverbial hell for me.

But at least I’ve got my mate with me. And a hot smart-assed angel, plus my favorite human being on the planet, a witch with a bad temper and the wretched wolf who betrayed us.

We’re a rag tag bunch but we’ll survive this. Together. Hopefully.

Even if ‘this’ is being hunted by the Upper Council, and unraveling our world as we know it. At least we have each other. And sure we may have almost died multiple times, and there is of course the matter of the bounty on our heads, but like I said. At least we have each other.

Except Sariel and I might be on the verge of making a decision with potentially catastrophic consequences. Something our friends can’t help with.

I received Fallen Mate in return for an honest review.

Fallen Mate is the next installment in the Aria and Sariel adventure. The book starts off just after the first book ended they are on the chopping block with the council but at least they have some friends willing to risk it all to save them. Which puts them on an path that will change all their lives forever.

I love Aria and Sariel they are adorable together with his angle and her wolf. They started out at each other's throats and now they are crazy about each other. I was a little nervous about Johnny in the first one but he redeemed himself in this book. I love that Reece is back she was such a great character in the first one. I'm honestly loved the whole rag tag group they just complement each other.

I love this series I can't say that enough, it's one of my top favorites. The whole fated mates and half blooded beings concept is very interesting and I found it unique the way that everything worked out. I mean Sariel has one white wing and one black wing based on his parents. I loved this installment it was hard to put down and I ended up reading it in one afternoon. I really love the authors storytelling it's beautifully written and just flows so well. I can't wait for the next one and see what happens next.

Another incredible book in this new series that continues on from the first book, Dark mate. It continues on after finding out that Tyler wants Aria dead because of her blood and parentage to only be ambushed by the supernatural police (paras) to take them before the upper council. With more twists and turns, new allies and on the run for their life, join Aria, Sariel and Johnny on their adventure to find peace away from Azazel and the Upper council but at what cost..... Read to find out and join the ride.

At the start of this installment we find Sariel and Aria locked up. With them about to be killed. Aria meets another Angel and they all break out and go on the run. They find themselves with the Fae but in order to stay with the fate and be protected they will pay a hefty price. Can't wait to see what they decide to do.

Sara seriously knows how to write some amazing PNR books. This one is on point. The hits keep coming. Aria and Sariel are great together I mean come on an Angel and a wolf So freaking good. This is one of those books that keeps you guessing and not everything is as it seems. Fated mates are some of my all time top tier reads and this one is right up there. I cannot wait to see what happens next.

Aria and Sariel came really close to being done. Good thing they have great friends who will do anything for them. They escape and are on the run! They do find sanctuary, but it may be at a price they are not willing to pay. This is an awesome continuation of their story and I can’t wait to see what happens next in this series. Sara hits it out of the park again.

mixed feelings about the series

While it is a story as such - I was expecting more progress and instead things seem to backtrack as the hero and heroine keep losing.

The safe haven that thinks they are better than America are just as bad - tyrants on both sides -

I will read the next one and hopefully it goes better

Great series

This is my favorite series by Sara Snow. The second book was just as good as the first. There are some twists and turns I wasn't expecting till they happened, and I can't wait until the third book. It's more steamy than her previous books, but not too steamy.

Riveting

Great job by the author of really turning up the story. Characters are very real Digging a bit deeper into back stories for Neo & Sariel & his brother. Almost makes you feel personally invested. Also oh my what cliff hanger of an ending! Must read next one.

Don’t know what happened to this series between book one and two, but I’m being generous with 3 stars. The plot got lost in all the emotional ping pong going on and the storyline wasn’t very smooth. Loved the first book, but not sure if I’ll move on to book 3 :/

Aria and her Angel Sariel are so cute together. Fallen Mate has twists that I love and a great set of characters friend and foe alike. I'm really excited for the next installment.
