I'm rating the book a 4 because some of the writing style, layout, etc is less than stellar. However I wanted to rate it high enough that readers would give it a chance, because I'm thankful for this book and the techniques presented in it. It changed a few things in the way we were handling time outs and we've seen a huge improvement.

The book falls a little short in its oversimplification of some behavioral problems but in doing so, it does keep the reader from getting bogged down in problems he/she may not be facing and refers the reader to seek additional help.

A quick and recommended read.
