An expedition in the Canadian Rocky Mountains takes mysterious turn after an underground temple is discovered. While investigating, Anthropologist Alexander Jackson and his research team are attacked, the team slaughtered in cold blood and the temple destroyed. Only Alex manages to escape but at an high cost.
He lost everything...
Or so he thought.
When he teams up with handsome Archeologist, Lucas Griffiths and his equally dashing brother Owen, Alex will rediscover a part of himself he spent years hiding from the outside world. Together, they may finally discover the secret of the temple...or unleash far more dangerous then any of them has faced before.

One Day she hopes to turn some of her novels into either a film or television drama series.
This was an exciting an adventurous read. After being the lone survivor of a vicious attack against his research team and trying to get his life back together Alex gets sucked into a mysterious project. While trying to find out who killed his team and why he meets enigmatic brothers Owen and Lucas and starts to have feelings for both of them. The question is: Who can he really trust? I liked the overall story arc and was excited to find out who was behind the attacks. The romance arc unfortunately didn't blend too well with the mystery. That was a little disappointing. The scenes between these characters were hot but lacked emotional attachment. Somehow I could not get behind that pairing which I felt most when I hardly minded that not all of them survive.

WHAT A JOURNEY. Great first book. Alex is the only survivor of an attack on his team and now he is being pushed into a project. He just wants the facts of what happened but add in romance and wooo what a read!

Absolutely amazing and thrilling read! Once sitting with it, it was hard to put down! The characters were incredibly well done and easy to love. The tension was high throughout the book, both sexual and with the mystery of the artifact Alex found. The sex was so well done, and I loved the characters of Lucas and Owen. (I cried in a doctor’s office waiting room at Owen’s death.) I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for queer erotica with a thrilling mystery. I also loved the inclusion of Alex’s disabilities and how they were handled. So much respect there. The only reason the book doesn’t have a solid 5 stars is because of typos, but everything else is so good it can be overlooked. 4.5 stars!
