My husband bought this book for the pictures. I ignored it for a long time before I realized it was a poetry collection. I loved a good 90% of the poems, which is a damn good batting average for a poetry collection, even a short one like this. It didn't hurt that I am a big architecture fan. I adore bridges, and reading this series of poems about the bridges of New York made me excited to visit there again and very observant of the bridges around me in Cleveland. <3
