The quest for dignified human existence is deeply entrenched in the contemporary societies according to their specific norms of behaviour. Human rights-claims and conditionalities on general moral standards are predispositions to human fulfilment. The profulent idea underneath is to make human life viable, meaningful and proficient. The issue of human rights has gained importance globally yet ironically the humanity is caught in a whirlpool of problems leading to blatant violation of human rights. There is a need to understand the correct perspective of human rights in order to spread human rights culture all across the world. It is the responsibility of every human being to undertake this responsibility. The book, "Human Rights : Concept, Issues, Emerging Problems" is based upon some of the papers contributed by various scholars from all across the country.
