This is exactly what a Spanish reader should be! If you have some knowledge of the language, but want easy stories to improve your vocabulary and reading skill, this is a great solution.
This book utilizes simple stories, illustrations, and cleverly executed vocabulary building to make the experience of reading in a second language (or a first, for children) easy and fun.
Reader take note: there is a dictionary at the back of the book! I wish I had realized this before I came upon it at the end, as it might have saved me time on those few occasions that I did have to look up a word elsewhere.
This book is so close to 5 stars for me, because it perfectly accomplishes what it intended to do; however, I would have liked for it to be longer (because I enjoyed it so much), and I can't say it profoundly changed my life or anything, so I'm leaving it with a 4.5 rating (4 stars officially).
Loved this book...as a beginner in Spanish it was fairly easy to read & with very humorous stories. Every word was in the dictionary at the back of the book. Also like that there was a lot of repetition. Wish I could find more books like this.
