Wonderful book for those that wish to start living off the Earth yet don't know where to begin. Very clear illustrations and instructions with advice you'll only find talking to seasoned gardeners. I can't wait to start growing my own vegetables!
All-in-all, good information, but pretty generalized for the seriously interested homesteader. This serves as more of a dalliance with the world of self-sufficiency.
I bought it mostly for the information on bees, I am keeping it for its abundant information on having a small farm, things that could be done in an urban setting if you wanted.
