Fun PNR-lite novella. It was nice seeing Summer and Caden and all the other Tijan characters again. The cute ending def made this book.

A magical night! Summer and Caden (from Anti-Stepbrother) stop in this little town in Oregon and hear about a mermaid bar. Of course, Summer has to find out and Caden wants to please her, so off they go. Summer is vibrating and enjoying the bar vibes and then it gets better because Shay and Kennedy (from Hate to Love You) join them. The bartender tells them there’s going to be a mermaid show later and they stay for it. The show is enthralling but even more enthralling is the couple that arrives mid-show and intimidates everyone in the bar. It’s Kellan and Shay from Evil!

The magic night turns even more magic than expected and there are some strange paranormal things going on. It’s a magical adventure that ends as strange and as wonderful as it started.

I loved seeing these couples years down the road, married several years and with kids, taking a vacation sans kids, who were left with their grandparents. They are as in love as ever, still hot for each other and still as funny as ever. Kellan and Shay are still ying and yang for each other and as riveting as in Evil. Kellan irradiates danger and Shay irradiates calm. Summer seems to be a sensitive since she feels more than the others. Fun, loved this little tidbit and now want more!

2 of my most favourite book boyfriends, Shay and Caden, feature in this novella. I loved that we learned what happened to these couples after college and the end of their stand alone books. Also great to see cameos from other characters that featured in the books also. Interesting spin to include a supernatural element to what was contemporary college romances. Whilst it read well, I would have preferred to leave both couples in a contemporary genre than bring them into the World of Evil. As such it lost a star from on that front. I actually loved the supernatural part of the story but would have preferred new characters to be in that story rather than my 2 favourite story lines. To be honest, I love everything that Tijan writes, so I am grateful for the update on the characters, and cant wait to read Colton's story (hint, hint) and the new characters that we met in this novella deserve their own extended story too.

I listened to this book on Audible. I hadn’t realized how much I needed this until I started listening. I think the decision to tell the whole story in Summer’s POV was smart as her off-the-wall thinking worked perfectly with the fantasy aspect of the story. I loved seeing Caden and Summer, Shay and Kennedy, and Kellan and Shay all still madly in love with each other and enjoyed seeing them become friends as well. I especially loved Summer’s interactions with Kellan. I now need to revisit their individual stories again soon.

AMAZING!!!!!! Ughhh to have all these characters back was absolutely the best Christmas treat ever!! Especially seeing Summer and Caden again and even Kellan and Shay snd Shay and Kennedy!!! It was fantastical and magical and perfect amount of weirdness that is Summer and Caden, but with a whole lot of love!!! I loved this book! I am hoping for a book with Caden and Summer’s baby Circe now and her exploring her magic with Summer there as support! This book was perfect!!!

I have to admit paranormal romance isn't really my thing and I haven't read Evil. I still picked this one up because I loved Anti-Stepbrother and Hate to Love You and wanted to read about these characters again. I loved finding out what was up with Summer & Caden and Shay & Kennedy in the future. I even loved the mermaid bar. From there, things got a little weird for me. That being said, this was a fun, short novella.

This compilation of stories was interesting. I had read the last one before in an anthology so I already knew what was going to happen. The first two were entertaining. I am not really a paranormal fan so they were a bit much for me. I did know who Kellan and Shay were so I was able to keep up with it. They were quick, easy reads. If you are a fan of the stories they correspond with, you will like this book.

Really 3.5 stars, I just have a hard time giving Tijan less than 4.

Not the reunion I was hoping for when characters from Anti-Stepbrother came back. I wanted to know about Colton, how he was doing. He's really stayed in my mind after all of these years. Happiness for him probably doesn't look the same as it does for other people but I'd love to know if he found peace.

I never got into Kellan's book, less interested in the paranormal so this crossover adventure just didn't do it for me.

Tijan does not disappoint in this short novella. The crossover of 3 different books was spectacularly done. I was hooked in and not ready for it to end. I definitely recommend reading after you’ve read the books each book of the couples. They blended amazingly well and the automatic friendship was amazing. Even grumpy Kellan couldn’t avoid liking Summer. She definitely grew on him. This adventure is definitely one not to be missed.

I loved this crossover novella, it was fun, highly entertaining and gave me the opportunity to catch up on some of my favourite Tijan characters. A little romance, a little drama and whole lot of supernatural, all played out in this unusual and entertaining story. With anew addition introduced, it leaves the possibility of more, which I’m totally down for. Fun and flirty with Tijan’s trademark writing style.

What a great glimpse into the future for some of our favourite characters. I’d forgotten a lot but this was an excellent peek into their future. Seeing the couples come together was really fun but also dramatic. As always the narration was excellent. It really helps enhance the story

I really enjoyed this read. I was short but well done. I got to see some of my favorite cast and know how they turned out and see what's new with them. Like always, Summer stole the show for me, love her. Wish it was longer, but I'm maybe next time.
