The United States Army Heritage and Education Center (USAHEC) is the U.S. Army's primary historical research facility. Formed in 1999, the center consists of the Military History Institute (MHI), the Army Heritage Museum (AHM), and the U.S. Army Conservation Center, and the Visitor and Education Services. The center aims to preserve and interpret the heritage of the U.S. Army. It acquires, preserves, and makes publicly available Army-related library and archival materials. This Army Heritage collection contains military history books, military technical and field manuals, Department of the Army pamphlets, and monographs. Some of the titles in the collection FM 7-40: Rifle Regiment, TM 95-200: Air Traffic Control Facility Operations, Japanese Field Artillery, and The German Squad in Combat.
