Includes the "Rule of Taizé", as well as a few of Brother Roger's early letters to youth in the 70's. Containing the classic themes of Taizé (forgiveness, simplicity, solidarity with the oppressed, joy, love), these writings are a testimony to the timeless spirit of Brother Roger. The Rule of Taizé is simple and freeing...as I wrote Brother Stephen, reflecting on the Rule: "As I read it, I find it to be so freeing! To think that a "rule" could be so freeing...not how we normally think of rules."
