One of the better, more USEFUL books I've read in a long time. While obviously written for a corporate setting with HR teams and management structure through which one would navigate more "formal" feedback systems, I found this book to have tons of carryover with self-development in numerous spheres where growth is challenging. Positive psychology and social support are monumental for change outside of the work environment, too -- for instance, in my case, wellness. This book is sparking new ideas for where/how I can help clients interested in making bigger life changes -- by identifying allies and working more closely/intentionally with their people systems of support. A well-written, easy, enlightening, and ACTIONABLE read. Loved the summaries and reflections/prompts so I can actually DO something with what I've learned.
Loved! Incredible content and I'm a huge fan of the approach they detail. The examples help illustrate the concepts and make it memorable and easy to implement.
