I'm aware that each book in this series is a novelization of one of the episodes of the 1988-1989 TV series; this felt like two different episodes to me. Baby was incredibly unlikable in this book, acting childish and vindictive toward her mother and Johnny. The character of Penny is also unlikable. I wish there was a way to watch the show.
