Madonna Louise Ciccone is an American pop singer-songwriter. Through her music career, she has also gained some notability as a dancer, record producer, film producer, actress, author and a fashion icon. She is a multiple Grammy- and Golden Globe-award winner, known for her ambitious music videos, stage performances and use of sexual and religious themes in her work.
The book title is "The Perfect Pair". The author's name is Madonna. The one thing that I found interesting about her is that she is a singer. She wrote a whole collection of these books and she called the collection The English Roses. She was born in Michigan, United States, in 1958.
The book is about a girl named Nicole and her friends. It is also about her experiencing working with others. The story takes place in England in a secondary school setting. She and her friends were getting ready for the science fair. Nicole was an independent girl that liked to work alone. The problem began when her science teacher placed her in pair with Jamie (a famous football player in her school) to do the science fair project. After Nicole began to work with Jamie, she realized that working in a group is helpful. By the time they were done with the science project she also realized she made a new friend.
I really liked the book because it's an entertaining little story that is very easy and relaxing to read. The only issue with this book is that the images style was a little bit off. I really enjoyed this book because it made me feel curious to read the other "English Roses". I also liked the way Nicole and her friends interacted with each other, how they helped each other, and the fact that they have a strong friendship. My favorite part of the book is when Nicole and her partner Jamie presented their science fair project. The important thing that I learned about the story was that working in group can be real helpful and brings you to meet new people. I would recommend this book mostly for girls because the whole story is about girls and I think that it will maybe be a little boring for boys. I will recommend this book to my friend. I suggest it for girls from 9 to 12 years old. If I'd have to rate the book I'll give a 8 out of 10.
I read the book A perfect pair by Madonna. This book is non-fiction. It is kind of a life story about A girl team the English Roses. The book was written in 1991-2000.I choose this book because my friend Maria read it and said she liked it, so I started reading it.
The book is about a girl team The English Roses. This is not a information. There is going to be a science fair. A girl called Nicole wanted to work alone for the science fair but she has to have a partner. The teacher choose a parter for Nicole called Jamie. People think they are in love but aren't. Nicole get's upset and doesn't go to school. Will she win ?
I liked the book it is interesting and the author talks about a kind of a girl group life at school. My favorite part is when they have the valentine day dance.I think this book is for girls because the is about girls and girls that like boy. I think the age 9-16 would be okay.
The title of this book is "The English Roses The Perfect Pair" by Madonna. The genre of the book is fiction. I chose this book because it looked nice and colourful but now as I read the book I learned that you should not chose the book by the cover because it might not be that great as you thought it will be. This book is about a group of friends that go to school. The main character is Nicole, she loves science, she can't wait till the science fair but one thing changes her plans. She has to be partners with a boy she does not really like and she thinks he is stupid. But she finds out that the boy is not stupid and they make a perfect pair. The story was not very exciting. I did not really enjoy it. The book made me a little bit interested. I would not recommend this book to a friend. One thing I learned from this book is that you should never judge the person or the book from the outside but from the inside. This book is for girls age 8-12. I would give this book a 4 out of 10.
i love theese book series and you should two! each of the english roses books are bases on a different english rose and it tells all about boy troublees, keeping secerets, excluding people, and most of all is teaching you life lessons.
I thought this book was great! I really liked how they incorporated romance into a book that is mostly about the Science Fair. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes reading different genres.
