Read this book last year. I love the idea of this book and I did get some good out of it, but I just found it slightly repetitive and some of the scenarios a little unrealistic/bothersome. That being said, there were 5 or 6 of us at work that read and discussed the book where everyone else had a better review of it. Out of all of us, I was the only one of the group without children and not married, also under 30, so this may be why I interpreted the book in a different way. I've met the author at a motivational speaking event and he really is a kick-ass human being, so I wish this book had of portrayed that.
