This level 1 reader tells how an apple tree starts out as a seed. Great book to use in science and when talking about apples. Illustrations are big and colorful.

Cute early readers for late kindergarten/early first grade. A big red apple falls from a tree. Various creatures interact with the apple, as does nature. What happens after the apple is eaten and the seeds hit the ground? Fits in with a life cycle study unit. Cute illustrations made with fabric and embroidery.

EXTREMELY basic introduction to the life cycle of an apple. Simple, but quite lovely. And the illustrations were gorgeous! Perfect for the youngest of listeners. Highly recommended.
