read this when it first came out and it was one of the first menage mfm and sci books id ever read.

absolutely live it. yes its a bit slow at times, but so immersive and In depth.

Karen has so many disorders, it's hard for her to keep track. Among them is she can't stand the feel of regular clothing on her body so she wears a full body leotard thingy, she claustrophobic, can't stand the acceleration and deceleration of flying, on and on. She's the first mate from Earth and so Lemac and Dgor have no idea how to handle their encounters with her and kind of blow it over and over again. She thinks they are figments of her imagination. That part of the book was way too long. This e-book was over 600 pages which is super long for an e-book and I think if she could have edited down part of their time on Earth, this book would have flowed better. Once they get into space, the book started getting better, but it took forever for them to get there. I do have book #3 and will read it. Hopefully it's not as long as this book was.

The first part in Earth went on a bit too long, but the other part was mostly ok. Have to say I liked Syrat as a character a lot, Jillia coming to a close second.
Just a little warning, the second book is kind of a prequel to the first one, as the story takes place 3 years prior to the first one, where we meet Karen as a She'mana in the triconjugal hunt of Trigon ot Alea, helping Alea with the hunt as she is the second woman from earth to be a Tina.
