This volume was way better than the first! I really love all the characters, especially my precious baby Kuroko!
Man I’m so hyped for the competitions, I really love the way this manga awakens my competitive spirit!

volume 2 as good and interesting as ever similar to volume 1. i find it hilarious with midorima and his lucky items and then kagami being able to eat so much😭

[ Releído en 2023. ]
Continuamos con el partido amistoso entre Kaijou y Seirin, lo cual nos muestra una pequeña fracción del poder innato que portan con orgullo La Generación de los Milagros. En este caso, pese a que Kise copia todos los movimientos de Kagami, gracias a la ayuda de Kuroko y los demás senpais, logran vencer por los pelos con un buzzer beater.
Así mismo, somos introducidos a otro prodigio, el shooting guard de Shutoku: Midorima Shintarou, quien ha seguido de cerca los partidos de Seirin contra otras preparatorias, pues unos días después, más de 300 escuelas se reúnen para competir en un evento en el que muchos esperan su momento de revancha.
Ahora bien, este volumen es más bien divertido en comparación con el anterior y más bien lo que es verdaderamente bello de contemplar es la amistad entre Kagami y Kuroko, pues esta surge de manera natural y por supuesto, cómo todo el equipo de Seirin, pese a sólo tener un año de experiencia compitiendo por hacerse un nombre, saben el verdadero significado de ser un equipo de alto rendimiento.
¡El siguiente volumen augura algo mucho mejor ya que se viene un partido excelente entre Shutoku y Seirin! ¡No puedo esperar a leerlo!
Este volumen contiene los capítulos 8 – 16.

My computer totally comitted suidicde md-writing this so now I have to try to recycle everything *sobs*
1. I love clutch time Hyuuga! The Hyuuga who says what he thinks and has overflowing confidence is the coolest. Plus, he's just so funny lol
2. Kuroko is totally my bae. I love how he's all like 'well then, I'll be going'. Like, what, I have a head injury? nahhh, don't worry, everything is fine haha
3. While watching the anime I was so invested in the story and the fights I had no time to appreciate the order in which Seirin fights the Generation of Miracles members. The simplest way to put it is they're going from the "easiest" to the "hardest". This does not mean Kise is the weakest of the GoM, if anything he's a super strong player, but he's the easiest to revert back from before the GoM went wrong because he is still essentially a team player. Yes, he believes winning is all that matters and he can do it alone, but the fact he want Kuroko on his team and his actual play is still team-centered and he still loves and enjoys basketball all heartily. Basically, probably because he has the shortest time with the GoM, he actually received the smallest damage and is the easiest to revert back, because the distance from Past!Kise and Present!Kise is the smallest.
4. I love the dynamics between Kise and Kasamatsu. Everytime I think about the captain being a third year I get sad lol
5. The character design in the manga is not as good as the anime, and Modorima suffers from it the most so far. The rest of the characters are maybe slightly less detailed in the eyes, but mostly very similar, but what with that super flat haired Midorimacchi?? Midorima is such a bishounen in the anime, too! I love Midorima with all my heart, but oy oy, this doesn't look good. Literally haha
6. Kuroko and Kagami are already acting like a married couple... Kagami being worried about Kuroko, scolding him about disappearing without a word, lecturing him to think before he acts... then basically challenging Koruko to complete him promise and stay the shadow to Kagami's light forever... I don't usually ship non-canon and same gender ships when it's not in the narrative, but I somehow couldn't avoid doing so in the anime and I can't avoid doing so here. I'm on this ship, you guys, and I'm sailing the high seas on it. This series has such wonderful friendships with such romantic potential lol I mean all these partners trust each other impecably, they rely on each other, they know each other so well to predict what they will do and they just constantly match to each other's pace on and off the court, or bring that pace down when needed. How can you not ship that?? :(
7. Riko was a little annoying, saying Dad might be hard to stop because of his height. I may be thinking this just because Seirin is going to encounter a bunch of much taller players and that's never going to stop them or make them give up, but this hasn't happened in the manga yet so I might need to cut Riko some slack. But really, height is not everything!
8. HAHAHA I'm still so amused by Dad thinking Kuroko is a small child and how mad Tetsu got over this (I can't decide if I want to call him Tetsu or Kuroko. Tetsu is cooler, but Kuroko is like the brand name lol)
9. I wonder if Hyuuga will really warn the other players of Kuroko and his general smallness? I don't think he talked about that in the anime, but I might be wrong (even though I just watched it, the three seasons are so intense season one feels so long ago!)

De lo que más me gusta de los inicios de esta saga es la evolución (o más bien los inicios) de la relación entre Kuroko y Kagami. Son dos perosnas totalmente diferentes, con opiniones opuestas en lo que al baloncesto se refiere, y sin embargo están muy en sintonía tanto fuera como dentro de la cancha. Descubrir a Kuroko es un espectáculo que no deja indiferente ni a personajes ni a lectores, y su personalidad apacible complementa a las mil maravillas la energía despordante de Kagami.
Conocer a La Generación de los Milagros es también una parte fundamental de esta primera parte. Kise es el primero en hacer su aparación, y su actitud fanfarrona, divertida y amigable no es para nada lo que uno se pude esperar cuando te hablan de este equipo casi místico. Kise es de esos personajes que gustan con facilidad, y eso que en esta primera aprición solo vemos una migaja de cómo es y de lo que es capaz.
Una de las cosas que más me gustan de Kise y Kuroko como amigos y compañeros es que Kise muestra su respeto por Kuroko de entrada. Quiere jugar con él y tiene en gran estima sus habilidades. Yo soy muy de disfrutar y valorar las relaciones interpersonales en cualquier historia —pero aún más en los spokon, ya que me parece que es una parte vital de estas—, así que me gusta vislumbrar esos momentos en los que se deja ver que Kuroko y el resto de los miembros eran, o al menos alguna vez fueron, algo más que simples compañeros de equipo.
En el siguiente volumen conoceremos a Midorima, que sale brevemente al final de este segundo. Otro de los miembros de la Generación que no dejarán indiferente.
Como extra, anotar que algo que siempre me ha encantado de esta serie es el detalle del nombre de los personajes principales: todos contienen referencias al color de su pelo:
Ki(se) = amarillo
Midori(ma) = verde
Ao(mine) = azul
Murasaki(bara) = morado
Aka(shi) = rojo
Kuro(ko) = negro. Su perlo no en negro, pero entiendo que es una referencia a la oscuridad, a las sombras aplicadas a su estilo de juego.
Ka(gami) = fuego. No es una referencia al color, pero sí un poco a la actitud (y su pelo es rojo XD).
Estoy segura de que de analizar el significado de los kanjis podríamos sacar una profundidad mayor que el mangaka haya ideado para sus nombres. Y es un detalle que me fascina. No lo he investigado, pero pienso ir a buscar un análisis completo de los nombres a ver si hay alguna referencia más además de sus colores de pelo ♥

** Leído de Mangaplus en su versión en Español** Segundo tomo de este manga de baloncesto , sigue interesante, en el cual nos relata las vivencias de un equipo de baloncesto en su etapa de renovación de jugadores , en el cual ya empezo el torneo colegial y el primer partido oficial fue entretenido dejaron cosas interesantes para ver en un futuro...

This volume marks the first time "Midorima" showed on screen for the anime and on paper for the manga. The art was a bit disappointing but overall it was a good one.

Aquest manga m'ha agradat perquè han jugat un partit de bàsquet i han jugat bé passant la pilota amb una coordinació genial. Recomano aquest manga a la gent que li agrada el bàsquet.

This was very fast paced, but still very much enjoyable, the games were cool and happened within their chapters, which is a good change of pace from shonen mangas that have fights oor games spanning several chapters from the beginning. It is also very reflective of the characters that haven't had the time to practice and develop their individual abilities as much yet.

Me gusta el estilo de dibujo de Tadatoshi-san es algo mas juvenil por lo que puedes notar las diferencias entre manga y anime. El Kuroko del manga se ve más niño mas dulce; en cambio el del anime sigue mostrando esa fuerza física débil en comparación a los demás pero su expresión y mirada son más fuertes o mas penetrantes. Papa siempre será uno de los momentos mas cómicos o la búsqueda del sándwich XD y Hyuuga en modo clutch un clásico ya. Midorima Shintarou es mi miembro menos favorito de la Generación de Milagros muy prepotente.

Lol that part when Kuroko said "To be honest i am quite a bit irritated right now" with a straight face. XD when "dad" (lol his naming sense though) called him a kid. hahaha!
Ah! Shintarou-kun the one who likes and strongly believes in astrology. XD hahaha! Omg! I cant believe that Kagami wrote on his hand. Lmao.
