ok - reader beware this is STRAIGHT UP PORN Y'ALL. If you are looking for a little story and a LOT of LEMON here it is. Before Bella, if Edward Masen from UOEM was into BDSM and he had 4 buddies he liked to play with - this story would be him teaching Jessica Stanley a lesson for teasing him.
I give this story 5 stars for finally giving me the graphic lemons that I can find in some fan fic - but if you are looking for a lot of plot and character development **giggle** this is not the book to download.

I really love Cheyenne McGray's books. Her erotic books always have a great story. At first I wasn't sure how I'd like the story because Jessica was so young. Not too young, just younger then I like for my heroines. I soon forgot about her age and got right into the story.
I loved Craig and his brother. So sexy.
This is a wonderful story that is both erotic and romance. A plus in my book. You really see how much these characters like love each other.
Even though the story is on the short side you wouldn't ever know. This has a full story feel well worth your time.

This was free in the kindle store and reviewers said it was like 50 shades of grey, so I gave it a try.
I'm going to be completely frank with y'all - this book is porn. And that's cool if reading porn is your thing - it honestly is a good book for you. If you like just reading raw sex scenes, where there is no plot or character development, this book is for you. But for me - this book was WAY too far past my comfort level, and I didn't even finish it. I made it about 80% before I was like, yeah - not going to finish this book.
As another reviewer said - I like and can tolerate 50 shades of grey BDSM, because there's a story there. There are characters I care about, and you don't get everything just thrown at you at once. This book is not that way and while some people may like this type of writing, it's definitely not for me!

Jessica has a thing for her professor. And he knows it. She's been hands-off to him because she was his student, but when she is naked in his office on the last day of school, he decides to take a chance. Turns out, the good professor is a bit of a Dom. Jessica had no idea and when he basically asks her to play, she agrees without any clue of what she's getting into. And the professor pushes her... HARD. He reminds her that she can use her safeword, but that means everything stops and she has to go home. She's come this far, why would she want to go home? Well... like I said, he pushes her hard. She doesn't seem to mind, though, so all is well.
There was a LOT of sex in this, even for an Ellora's Cave book. It was ALMOST too much. But there was enough story and enough sweetness between them when they weren't Dom/sub, that I enjoyed it. Very sweet HEA.

This book within the Taboo series was an ok read for me but still good for me as well. The professor and the student concept was interesting and a good taboo fantasy to read. Also throw in a bit of BDSM and it became juicy. Jessica was definitely very persistent and surely did her job well by tempting and teasing Graig to get what she wanted. These brothers in the series are so sexy and likable. For most this book might just be ok, but would advise reading the whole series to better understand the brothers, BDSM and taboo concept with each story.

I read taking instruction just before school started.Not a good idea.A teacher who is hot and into BDSM was what it took to make me cry in frustration when I saw my teachers.Craig is a teacher at the university Jessice attends.The sexual attarction is in the air.So Jessica when the semester ends takes the matter in her on hands.So when Craig walks into the office see's her as her mom birthed her.He takes her to his house and they have fun.

Another fast and dirty one. I liked the menage/BDSM elements and that ultimately the Professor wasn't willing to share Jessica more than that one time. It gave the book an edge of sweetness that would have otherwise been lacking.

As typical with Elora's Cave books this one was full of cheesy lines, unbelieveable love at first sight and of course, sex. Still, for something to pass the time at work, it's just what it should be. Quick, easy and no thought necessary.

Al hacer una re lectura de la historia el encanto que tuve y que me dejo la primera vez que la leí se esfumó por completo. Iré primero por ahí. Este es esa clase de libros que se lee sólo una vez. Y obviamente, sólo debe ser leído por público adulto y que este principalmente interesado por la temática erótica, en especial la de BDSM. El libro es muy guay porque es estimulante, es un relato sensual y muy provocador. Sin embargo no soy muy fanática de los libros que toman temas tabú como centro de atención. Aquí tenemos una relación entre una estudiante y un profesor. Si me preguntan me rompen las pelotas las etiquetas tabú. Desde que haya amor en una relación por mi no hay problema.
La historia es sexy y estimulante. Sin embargo, no me sentí totalmente atrapada por la historia. Apenas las escenas sexuales comenzaron todo se volvió increíblemente tedioso, a duras penas logré terminar la re lectura debido a que la novela es bastante pequeña, una short story. Con esta novela me di cuenta que la escritura de la autora no es de las que me gusta porque, a pesar de que sea una historia sexual creo que una escritora no debe basarse únicamente en eso. Hay un montón de elementos de los que puede hacerse para que la historia sea mucho más interesante. A mi parecer fue una mala decisión ensañarse solo con el sexo y con la relación "insensata" entre un profesor y una estudiante.
El libro es perfecto para lectoras que son románticas empedernidas y les gusta ese "picante" en las historias que traen temas como el BDSM. Si no eres un/a romántica/o empedernida/o ni fanática/o de las escenas sexuales en los libros, no te lo recomiendo.

The title Taking Instruction is a great pun on what a professor does for a student and the relationship for the two main characters is professor/student. Jessica is a go after what she wants kind of girl and she wants Craig Bennett, her English professor. She is aware he wants her too; he watches her in class when he thinks she is not watching him. The situation is written in a way that is sweet and then she goes to his office and waits for him after class.
The BDSM and total relationship develops with the use of a safe word and trust, which is pretty normal for a couple in this lifestyle. Letting his brother enter the situation added some humor especially when the read her The Miranda rights. He gives her a double experience with another man he can trust; then he decides he does not want to share her again, pretty normal for a man falling in love.
The BDSM elements were not over the top but limit pushing and Jessica enjoyed them as she adapted to the lifestyle with Craig. He wanted more than just sex and they also had a normal relationship that developed between them, which lead to a happy ever after ending.
Personally, I would have liked a longer story but it worked as it was and I would recommend it for a quick short happy BDSM story.

This free short story got it right. I have read many BDSM stories that just didn’t do it for me. This short story on the other hand was wonderful. Straight up porn and straight to the sex.

I've always loved erotica and the sexuality that lay between the pages. I've always been a sucker for Harlequin books and contemporary romance. I do admit that there have always been certain types of erotica that I usually stayed away from. BDSM was always one of those. After reading Fifty Shades of Grey, however, I've found myself searching out any book like it.
Taking Instruction was a short read and served it's purpose. I enjoyed the book and only had a couple of problems with it.
Overall, the book was pretty well written and I enjoyed the short read. I wasn't too fond of the ending though, as it seemed too quick and happily-ever-after-esque. I do think fans of BDSM erotica will enjoy Taking Instruction and should give it a chance.

This was a free book on amazon that I downloaded. It was a very short read. Jessica is a twenty year old college student who has the hots for her teacher, Professor Craig Bennett. She tried to seduce him all year and finally took an extreme approach the day before summer break by waiting on him in his office naked. Professor Bennett and Jessica then embark on a erotically filled summer where he introduces her to his wicked ways and lifestyle of BDSM.
This was a very quick, erotic novella that will take you about an hour to read.

I would have liked this story to be a bit longer. Everything felt extremely rushed, and it was over before I really even connected with the characters. When BDSM-type stories are rushed, it's even harder for me. I like to get inside the minds of the people who are participating in these things, because staying superficial makes the experience very very different. I didn't think this was a bad book, though. It was sexy and interesting, and the end was kind of cute. Plus, I love teacher/student trysts. Yum.

I laughed so hard when the professor asked his brother (the officer) to read the girl her Miranda rights. “You have the right to remain silent anything in this room can and will be used against you” LMAO….. I rated this book 4 star because it was a short story but even though the book was short it was steamy hot. I am interested in picking up the next book in the series.

Not entirely sure what to think about this little book. I suppose if you take everything kinky and BDSM and cram it into a 60-70 pages and try to make it sound hot and sexy with a taboo theme of student seduces her professor then I guess it is pretty good. Remotely realistic? Hell no. It is pretty much sex, sex and more sex with little regard to BDSM rules. However, if you want a easy, mindless, hot read then this is for you.
